Alexander Stoll Walnut Products...

...stand for honest craftsmanship, natural ingredients, and the pure taste of the walnut. I personally stand behind every product with my experience, my values, and my passion for quality.

My story began in 2002 at Schafhof Farm in the Esslingen district, in the heart of Baden-Württemberg. At that time, I started to gradually transform an existing apple orchard into a walnut plantation. My fascination with walnuts and their unique properties grew with each passing year and became the foundation of my work today.

This enthusiasm led to the desire to produce a walnut oil that is not only high-quality but also preserves the natural essence of the nut in all its delicate glory. After intensive study of cultivation, harvesting, storage, and pressing methods, I produced my first cold-pressed walnut oil in 2010. Since 2013, I have been producing my walnut products gently and sustainably in my own oil mill using a screw press.

My standards are clear. I work with the utmost care, minimal heat, and without any additives. This preserves valuable nutrients, vitamins, and the delicate, characteristic nutty aroma. For me, quality, flavor, color, and shelf life are not achieved through acceleration, but through patience and experience.

The character of my walnut oil is defined by the fruit itself. Ripeness, harvest time, and storage play just as important a role as the gentle pressing process. The result is a natural oil with a delicate aroma, ideal for cold dishes and allowing for mindful enjoyment.

In addition to walnut oil, I produce other specialties from my own walnuts. Delicate walnut flour, aromatic walnut liqueur, and creamy spreads are handcrafted with the same commitment to quality and naturalness.

What drives me is the conviction that good products need time. Time for growth, for maturation, and for careful processing. My walnut products are created in harmony with nature and are intended for people who value origin, craftsmanship, and authentic flavor.
